Yes. Toddler to K4 students joining our school are not expected to be fluent in English. Only from K5 it is necessary for children to do some extra work to improve their English language command, provided by the school support area and externally. However, each case must be assessed individually at the time of the experience.

RED HOUSE pedagogical project is reflected in its architecture designed to integrate living spaces with environments dedicated to learning, considering our students´ school life journey. For Early Childhood Education, we prioritize the necessary safety for this age group and create spaces that encourage the motor and cognitive development of students with gardens that invite interaction with nature. From Elementary School onward, we expanded the possibilities by offering a STEM Lab, science laboratory, library, art room, music room equipped with various tools, among other collaborative spaces that stimulate learning. And a cafeteria designed for the construction of healthy habits and social life.

IB is more than an educational program. The methodology goes way beyond and offers a multicultural instruction that prioritizes the development of socioemotional skills, shaping global citizens with international mindsets to make informed decisions, aware of their own responsibility to the planet, thus helping to create a more peaceful and better world. In order to be an IB World School, a School undergoes a rigorous evaluation process for more than two years and, once certified, it is evaluated periodically. The study is interdisciplinary or transdisciplinary and enables learning to be contextualized and done through research in different areas of knowledge.

Currently, the Pacaembu and Higienópolis campuses are certified, in addition to Villa-Lobos and Santana, which also intends to become an IB World School.

Red House adopts a procedural assessment, which evaluates the students´ progressive learning process at each unit of inquiry. From Year 2, as per the Brazilian legislation requirement, the school assessment must include tests. The assessment of students is shared with parents on a quarterly basis.

For Toddler and K3 classes, there are morning or afternoon options (from 8:00 to 12:00 or from 1:15 pm to 3:15 pm), a part-time option (from 8:00 at 3:40 pm) or a full-time option (from 8:00 at 5:00 pm).
